Must try!!!! Cream Dorie Pochero

Isdaturday.. My choice for today? Potchero!! wow I like it so much..I believe that fish is much healthier compare with beef or pork. have you tasted this? Cream dorie pochero? You better try it! I insist you must try!!!





You will need

4 medium slices (400 g) fish (cream dorie or any lean fish)
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium onion., sliced
3 pcs medium saba bananas cut into 4 (with peel)
1 medium (200 g) camote cut into chunks
10 pieces (170 g) sitaw, cut 2" long
1 can (227 g) DEL MONTE Tomato sauce
2 medium heads (200 g) pechay stalks separated from leaves


Here's how

1. Saute garlic and onions. Pour in 2 1/2 cups waterSeason with 1 tbsp rock salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1 tsp white sugar.
2. Add saba and camote when water boils. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add sitaw and DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce. Simmer fro another 15 minutes. Add fish and petchay, simmer until cooked or about 5 minutes.
