Before Friday ends..I went to SM to buy my new favorite mix fruit drink..just try it..very healthy talaga ito..







Buko juice is great also..



Sugar cane.. My lolo introduced me before to drink..sugar cane when I was a child..I remember pa nga na may combination pa itong cheeseburger..suhol basta dumalo lng ako sa Kingdom Hall for a bibele study..kaya join nman talaga ako..





Eto lang ang kinain ko for today..pandesal at veggie juice...



There will be a 2 day team building this July 30-31 that's why I bought some stuffs to be needed during that day..swimmming and bonding with friends..
