Pissed off..cheesed off is the same..Yeah the best word for Tina..My friend invited me to spend time with her to chitchat..to cool down her self..yeah..soo hot na kasi and the best way to cool down is to drink a cooler shake..We went to MCDO and ordered float to ease the "near burn out feeling" of working..Tina is giving her 101% of effort for her project but it's not fully compensated..in terms of wage and appreciation from the management..She diligently worked to make things happen but she feels that superior has more expectations to her. How can you get rid of your boss' mouth if you only want to be sure to your action that's why you escalate things ? Sometimes our boss needs to bridle his tongue, conscious to his words to utter.. I should say our boss should also examine his self..in terms of dealing with his down lines(there's something wrong siguro why employees are leaving) giving appreciation, taking care of his welfare, hear employees suggestions and open for improvements..
Boss should also realize that "we are working but we are not robots"..System is so poor..change management implemented but superiors are not following..what is the purpose of having consultant? to make power point slide show and discuss few sales topics ? I guess not.. Company is wasting thousands of pesos for hiring consultant.. People in..people go..is that a habit? an X habit..yah..so tiring to recruit and train ha...people are investment....pillars of the company..one of the core competencies.
They say that if you want to stand out? Treat your boss like a liege lord and do what she or he asks you to do — cheerfully, without question, and to the best of your ability — and you will stand out" and what's next? hahaha..Tina is doing the same thing but why she feels miserable?
Natulala.bad trip kasi..aside sa MCDO, nag bbbq pa
There are things we cannot change, so we must rule out unrealistic goals first:
1. We cannot change our boss’s personality—no one can change another person.Sya ang boss eh..sabi nga eh "If you cannot stand the heat, get out from the kitchen"
"Tina ang chips hindi sa plate nilalagay..sa BOWL" sabi ng boss..hahaha..super tawa talaga kami ni Tina.
2. We cannot get upper management to do what we want them to do—they defend the highest level employee in situations, even if they’re wrong, to avoid legal liability for the company.
Things that we can change are about us:
1. We can change our expectations from “I am owed something” to “I have learned something”—no matter how distasteful the lesson, we become wiser knowing that there are people in the world who want to be bad and know how to get away with it.
2. We can learn about and adapt to the personalities of the bad-boss types. "hangang kailan magtitiyaga?
3. We can change our anger into the hurt that it really is. Then, grieve our loss or seek professional counseling to help you get back to being the healthy, happy person you once were.Chill out..relax..see a movie..tama yong ginawa mo Tina..nag treat ka sa MCDO..
4. We can change jobs—moving away from the negativity is often the healthiest strategy, though it requires a lot of work on your part.
Once we’ve chosen a realistic goal, create a plan to get there. Throw all of our energy into achieving our goal while maintaining minimum requirements on our current job. When things continue to be bad at work, say to yourself, “It’s only temporary; I’m making changes.”
We enjoy na lang eating, hay..
