I received a new phone unit..happy din kasi luma na yong gamit ko..sad din kasi when I resign I need to turn over..hahhaa.what a privilege!! isosoli ko din..hahaha
My job is so tiring talaga..gabi pa umuwi.,hay..clients are super demanding especially those giant companies. Nothing can change the fact that some big customers are simply more difficult to deal with than others, they have the attitude of being arrogant, presumptious and play tripper..whewww..pinoy na pinoy talaga..(mga feeling) Handling difficult customers is one of my big challenges in living up to the promise I make of great service.
The truth is, no matter how good your customer service I offer, there will always be someone who is unhappy about something. The more unhappy customers I turn into happy customers, the more word will spread that I deliver the great service I promise while others only talk about it. The best advice ever given to me for dealing with a difficult customer is "Keep your temper and, above all, let your customer save face."
