The great thing about fruit shakes is their simplicity. Most smoothie style recipes get it all wrong...but mango is so different... All you really want in a fruit shake is an icy and refreshing liquid taste of fruit..

I love the creamy sweet taste of this mango drink.
2 cups 1% milk
4 tablespoons frozen mango juice (or 1 fresh pitted mango)
3 small mangoes
2 ice cubes
HOW TO DO IT?
1. Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until foamy. Serve immediately.
Yield: 4 servings--Serving size: 3/4 cup

Total fat: 2 g
Saturated fat: 1 g
Cholesterol: 5 mg
Sodium: 63 mg
Calcium: 157 mg
Iron: Less than 1 mg
